1. Customers of our clients

We provide customer relations services to businesses ("Clients"), often answering their customers under the Client's own name. When we handle information about a Client's customers, we do so on the Client's behalf as its service provider, and the Client's own privacy policy governs that information. If you are a customer of one of our Clients, please contact that business about your information; we will help them respond.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: name, email, phone number, business name, website, and anything you write in forms, booking requests, chats or emails.

Booking information: the date, time and details you choose when you schedule a call.

Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring pages, and dates and times of visits, collected through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

Information from others: referrals from partners (including Foresight Collective) who share your contact details with your permission.

3. How we use information

• To respond to you, schedule and hold calls, and prepare proposals.
• To provide, manage and bill our services.
• To send service messages such as booking confirmations and reminders.
• To send marketing messages, where you have agreed or the law otherwise allows; you can opt out at any time.
• To operate, secure and improve the site, and to measure our marketing.
• To comply with law and protect our rights.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only: (a) with service providers who help us run our business, such as website, CRM, booking, email, phone, payment and analytics providers, under confidentiality obligations; (b) with our affiliate Foresight Collective Inc. when needed to coordinate services you asked about, and not for its own marketing of your mobile information; (c) when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security; and (d) in connection with a merger, sale or transfer of our business.

6. Cookies and your choices

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are sent; some parts of the site may then not work properly. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in each email and stop texts by replying STOP.

7. Data security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal obligations and to resolve disputes.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond as required by applicable law.

9. Children

The site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed. Changes take effect when posted.
